At Foods Basically, we are dedicated to preparing, packaging, and delivering stable nutritious meals to elderly individuals, those with disabilities, and
anyone in need of food assistance.
Our mission is to serve not just with our hands,
but our hearts—To ensure access to wholesome food, while supporting the Upper Cumberland community with compassion and reliability.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand into both shelf-stable and frozen meal delivery, making it even easier to get food where it’s needed most. As we grow, we welcome opportunities to partner with churches, senior centers, and community groups to extend care and reach more neighbors.
