Boxes are prepared twice a year,
with December and July being the most important months due to
harsh weather and greater emergency needs.

Special orders can also be arranged outside these times.

To ensure availability, orders must
be placed ahead of each cycle—
the next round will be accepted
until November 1, 2025, for December delivery.
